Shop Policies
All items that I sell are sourced in France and ship from Australia. All purchases are packed and shipped with lots of care.
Because I love everything I sell, I try to fully describe everything sold on Belle Roche Brocante and welcome any questions about dimensions, condition or origin. Please bear in mind that vintage items are rarely in perfect or new condition, they have been pre-loved and will show signs of age and wear (a bit like me really!).
Payment
Credit card and PayPal payments are happily accepted. In some cases transactions take up to 3 days* to clear before item is prepared for shipment.
* Please be aware that E-check payments through PayPal require 5 business days to clear before item is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love what you have purchased as much as I do! So please contact me if you have any questions or concerns after you have received your item.
Items are sold 'as is' which means as described and pictured. All sales are considered FINAL and regrettably, Belle Roche Brocante cannot cover any losses or damage that occurs during transit.
All Measurements are accurate to the nearest cm. If you need very precise measurements, please don't hesitate to ask, I will be more than happy to help.
